Thanks to all View of a Local interviewees

As 2006 is coming to an end, I thought it would be appropriate to send out a big thank you to everyone who has participated in our View of a Local series this year.

We will be continuing the series and have some great interviews to be published soon, but here we would like to say thank you to:

Erin who was our very first interviewee in View of a Local in Salamanca, Spain. We had the pleasure of meeting Erin in Salamanca earlier this year. Erin blogs at a wandering woman writes from spain.

Journalist and college professor Jorge Gobbi shared his tips about Buenos Aires in View of a Local in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Jorge runs the popular Blog de Viajes.

Jochen Doppelhammer, founder of the global “We love urban life!” project, shared his view of Barcelona with us in View of a Local in Barcelona, Spain. Jochen blogs at we-love-barcelona.com.

Lexicographer Tony Galvez was kind enough to offer us a very frank insight into his adopted home town São Paulo in View of a Local in São Paulo, Brazil. Tony is building a blog at De viaje a Brasil.

Balinese Putu Edi Kusuma, Dee to his friends, talked about beautiful scenery, ecotourism and the Dirty Duck Dinner in View of a Local in Batu Belig, Bali. Dee blogs at dee-bali.com.

Journalist Dinesh Wagle took the time in between reporting from the peace agreement in Nepal to tell us about living in Kathmandu and blogging for political changes in View of a Local in Kathmandu, Nepal.
