Paris fights back with gesture guide
Do you suffer from the “Paris Syndrom” reported by Le Journal du Dimanche in October 2006? Well fear no more, the “Cop the Parisian Attitude” guide will help you understand those Parisian gestures.
The guide, which illustrates and explains some of the most common Parisian gestures, was produced by the Regional Tourism Committee of Paris Ile-de-France in an attempt to help visitors to understand Parisians better.
Running parallel with the launch of the guide, is the Attitude Game, which promises a luxury Paris week-end for 2 to the person who sends in a photo of the best imitation of a classic French hand gesture.
Both the Attitude guide and game can be found at C’est So Paris, which also features a Paris Humour campaign aimed at seducing Londoners. It is all happening in Paris!
