that is really a question you'd need to ask the Esplanade arts centre.

According to the Esplanade website the Huayi Festival is one of "three arts festivals that celebrated Singapore’s unique multicultural heritage and that sought to enable audiences across communities to find meaning and enjoyment in the arts."

I have already asked the Esplanade what the other two cover and when they are on, and shall be happy to share that information here, if I get an answer. 

However, as you are in Singapore, it might be easier for you to get an answer to your question, if you rang the Esplanade centre directly.</description>
