Coping with Climate Change is theme of new Eden Project Zone

While most discussions about climate change are still focusing on why it is happening and what we can do to stop it, the British Eden Project is focussing on how to cope with climate change.
The Cornwall-based project plans to build a new zone, The Edge, which will look at how people have coped with change in the past and how we possibly will cope with scarce resources in the future. The zone will explore what it means to live within limits and how we have to adapt in order to do so.
Detailed plans for The Edge are not yet publicly available, as the Eden Project is still trying to secure funding for the project. But based on my 2005 visit to Eden’s two existing Biomes, I shall look forward to getting inspired to change my ways by The (hopefully future) Edge.
Pay a visit to the Eden Project website for more information about the project and its future plans.
