Off to Summer, Sun and Dried, Salty fish in Denmark

I’m off to Denmark for a few days. The Danish Meteorological Institute is forecasting 30 degrees Celsius and beach weather, and I cannot wait to get away from the miserable weather we currently have here in Southern England.
My stay will be packed with family parties and barbecues, but hopefully I’ll have time for a day-trip or two, so expect a few photos when I get back.
I put in my order for dried, salty fish ages ago - an acquired tast, but it symbolises summer in Denmark to me.
As I’ll be bringing my daily intake of salt to a dangerously high level and quenching my accompaning thirst with good, old, trusted Danish beer, I probably won’t be posting here on The Travel Cooler.
So enjoy the peace and quiet and expect photos of dried, salty fish when I get back.
