The Royal Yacht Dannebrog

If you visit Denmark in the summer and have an interest in the Danish royal family, then you should look out for The Royal Yacht Dannebrog.

Every summer the Danish Queen Margrethe II and other members of the Royal Family will board The Dannebrog and go on a summer cruise visiting various parts of Denmark.

I snapped these photos of The Dannebrog as it was docked in Esbjerg earlier this month. I was about to board the ferry to Fanø, so apologies for the “brief moment” quality.

The Dannebrog will be docking in Århus next on 1 July according to the official schedule.
