Asian Airports top customer satisfaction list

When it comes to customer satisfaction the best airports in 2007-2008 were in Asia, according to the annual World Airport Survey.

The 2008 survey revealed that Hong Kong airport for the seventh time in 10 years had been chosen as the World’s Best Airport by travellers. Asian airports dominated the top of the list with Singapore Changi in second place followed by Seoul Incheon and Kuala Lumpur KLIA airports.

The Top 10 Airports list is based on more than 8 million questionnaires completed by passengers in over 190 airports worldwide, says Skytrax, who conducts the survey over a 10 month period.
