Dried, Salted Fish in Denmark
I came back from Denmark just over a week ago, so it’s about time I publish those photos of dried, salted fish that I promised before I went.

A new travel video site, TravelGuide.tv has just launched. TravelGuide.tv provides professional destination videos, similar to the service provided by the Video Passports site that I wrote about back in February.
The Travel Cooler Retaggr-enabled
The Travel Cooler is now Retaggr-enabled. Retaggr is an online service that allows you to create an interactive business card (profile card), which you can leave whenever you leave a comment on a Retaggr-enabled website.
Silverjet close to relaunch
It looks like Silverjet is not out of the game just yet. Yesterday the administrators for Silverjet officially confirmed that they are getting very close to a relaunch.

Gatwick’s South Terminal turns 50 today, and as I’m watching the local news team reporting live from Gatwick, I can’t help but wonder just how big an impact the rising oil prices and the economic slowdown will have on the airline industry.

I’m off to Denmark for a few days. The Danish Meteorological Institute is forecasting 30 degrees Celsius and beach weather, and I cannot wait to get away from the miserable weather we currently have here in Southern England.

You’re at the airport, browsing the shops, when your mobile beeps - it’s an sms from your airline telling you it’s time to go to your departure gate. Sounds like a nice service?

On 1 June 2008 paper airline tickets will no longer be an option if you fly with one of the member airlines of The International Air Transport Association.
