It was high speed, colourful jerseys, perfect weather and happy faces all around - in my opinion London can be very proud of how well the opening of this year’s Tour de France went.

The Tour de France Roadshow in Maidstone

I can only hope, it was because we arrived an hour before the show would close. Because the Tour de France Roadshow that I went to in Maidstone on Saturday is the saddest excuse of an appetizer, I have ever encountered.
